Resilience has more to do with trust than strength - trust in your capacity to weather pain and trust in your capacity to heal from it.

Are you ready to trust yourself again?

If you’re here, you’re probably going through some tough sh*t…

and if someone tells you to ‘be strong’ one more time…you just might break.

I’m going to debunk some myths about what you “need” to do when you’re feeling like your world has been turned upside down.

REAL QUICK

You do not…

  • Need to be strong...

    to get through this.

  • Need to ignore what's painful...

in order to focus on what might make you feel better.

  • Need to rearrange your life...

    to start healing.

Hi, I’m Casey!

I’m The Resilience Coach.

Here’s what I believe:

Resilience is not synonymous with strength.

Pain is fuel for growth.

Trusting yourself is essential for healing.

Resilience is all about fluidity - softening into uncharted spaces that feel empty, dark, and perhaps painful. When we try to ‘be strong’, we burn out.

Because strength is finite.

Many of us have lost our trust in ourselves because:

  • We tell ourselves mean things…on repeat…until they upgrade from ‘things we tell ourselves’ to full-blown beliefs.

  • We have started and quit on things so many times that we can’t imagine ourselves actually completing anything alone anymore.

  • We have avoided the things that feel hard (because it hurts to address them) and now, even the thought of leaning into them makes us bristle.

Repairing trust with ourselves doesn’t mean that the dark, empty spaces simply go away - it prepares us to be able to endure, get curious about, and stretch ourselves to understand what we might find out when we explore them.

Resilience isn’t the result of pushing through the dark like you’re chasing daylight.

Resilience is the result of trusting yourself to be immersed in the dark while you’re waiting for the (proverbial) sun to rise.

When you do this, you’re able to handle life’s hardest challenges…including this one…

without getting burned out on having to ‘be strong.’

Cultivating self-awareness is.my.jam.

I don’t scratch the surface with you. I get deep and real with you real fast.

This isn’t another “let’s talk about your feelings” experience (although we will talk about them…a lot). This is solution-oriented, process-proven work that will bring a groove back to your life that feels directed, healthy, and exciting.

While many of my clients start to feel differently VERY quickly, don’t be fooled…

this will take effort

&

this will take courage

BUT…

You will come out on the other side trusting yourself again.

listen.

you’re gonna get through this.

Like the resilient mf’er that you are.
